How do Islam Deal with Car Accidents, deaths?

How do you repay someone that is killed in a car accident in Islamic way? is there a FATWA?
and is Car Insurance considered Haram since they charge money on something that never happen?

I think it could be considered blood money, in somali if someone dies because he was leaning on your wall and the wall collapses than you have to pay for the death,

insurance is haraam but since we live in this country, and it is the law you shouldn't do more than liability coverage

That is how it works in America too, if you fall inside a mall like the escalator or the stairs, you sue the mall, and they pay for it.

what is stupid, falling down or suing the company?

There are worse things, like ppl suing McDonald because their coffee was too hot etc.

The company has responsibility to ensure the safety of the customers, and the customers have some responsibilty to keep themselves out of danger, and look, listen before they leap.
