Salams all,
Any somnetters been to Belarus and Kiev. How receptive are they to foreign visitors and blacks in general. Given how both these countries have been paralysed by political squabblings & world economic melt down, is it fair to say they will give you enough hearing for decision-making manouver & fact finding mission for black americans. I am in particular interested in their W-CDMA subscriptions, analysis and developments. Your feedback appreciated maryooley.
