A - Say nope but I do buy all my stuff from Walmart and walk away unless she was at least HB 8 and more.
B - Laugh at her and move on even if she were HB8 and above
C - Be rude and tell her she couldn´t afford it as it could be argued that she was rude to you, by implying that you wore BR.
