Somalis in Kenya are about 2-3 million not counting the somali 'refugees'... if you add them, they could easily go up to 7-8 million no worries.

Somalia has 9 million

Ethiopia around 6 million

and I imagine the rest of the world may contain about 2 million of us. so 24-25 million is a low ball estimation.
