Hutuking do you know that if you miss two consecutive friday prayers then it is said that, that person will not even smell the paradise on yaumul qiyama. So I would advise you to not rearrange your salat for your work but you should rearrange your work for your salat and if your boss refuses then you clearly need to think about what your going to do - thats if you prefer aakhira over this dunya.
