Yeah I know he does outlandish things to get attention but I'm starting to beleive their might be more to it than that. He reminds of a story I heard about a west african head of state going crazy while still in power and people not catching on to it till he showed up to address parliament in his underwear. After a thorough medical checkup doctors found out that he was legally insane for at least threee years prior to the incident.

But Yhh people can just go crazy without any reason but the problem in Africa is u cant diagnose a strong man and expect him to resign or expect to be breathing the next day. I think Gaddafi and Hugo Chavez are so much alike it's amazing, atleast ahmedinad makes sense.
