2012

Post by Skippa »

Has anyone seen this movie? if so, what were your thoughts? I saw it last weekend and I wasn't that impressed with it.

I am actually looking forward to watching "The Road" next weekend, a movie starring Viggo Mortensen. I read the book and found the story to be very powerful. I'll be glad if the movie's half as good

the story had potential but the acting was soft, especially John Cusack and that old fat black musician...The special effect were alright!

Advo, is it that ninja assassion movie? it sounds like the typical revenge plot line....

The movie started alright but it fell apart half way. Way too long and enough shit didn't make sense. I really hated the ending. Anyone noticed that Somalia was the only land in Africa that was submerged?

lool, I noticed I was like wtf cus how are small islands gonna reappear and somalia stay drowning, did the geeljire somehow refused to die and the water was like "fuk it, I'll stay aslong as it takes..u gonna need air one time or another" lool.

Skippa, I dont think it's revenage based, I believe he betrays the ninjas and they put out a death sentence on his head, he fights for survival.

So...Is the 2012 flick by the same people who did "The Knowing" with Nicolas Cage or something? Both movies have this creepy, end-of-the-world, the-rapture evangelical feel to em'. More So than Say the 90's Space movies, like Armageddon or something. Anyway, I have yet to see the movie, but have been told that its gonna just like the GI-JOe movie - A lotta Kaboom, but nothing in content. :|
