Mogadishu under fire
What can you do about it?
Re: Mogadishu under fire
Warlord Dhair aweis made this attack on Governmnet bases after he's forces suffured defeat at the hands of Al-shabaab in jubbayoinko. The old man is desparate and is running out of money and resource. Government troops are trust to strong for the ramble mooryaan militias that he controls.
The only serious threat to Government positions comes from the al-shabaab rats who have not attacked government postions for at least a month now and are busy fighting hizbul Islam over the port city of Kismayoo.

Re: Mogadishu under fire
Exactly what I had in mind. It is clear now that no politicians, warlords, religious zealots, peacekeepers/makers, aid workers and clan elders can save the city. Battles will be won only to be lost the next day. I'm optimistic about Somalia but not Mogadishu.Shirib wrote:pray
