Darods as the majority and the most gifted clan in terms of leading the rest become the englishmen of somalia. somalilanders become the scots with their independence quests, raxanweyn the welsh and the hawiyes with their militant attitudes become the northern Isrish people.
Kismayo becomes london and the centre of all power, hargeysa/glasgow, baidowa/cardif and mogadishu/belfast.
hargascow,baicardif and mobelfast will have their own independent parliament where they can pass/reform bills local on healthcare and education as well as runningtheir own independent judiciaries but matter like defence, finace and rest will be decided from kislondon where all clans will have representitives and say.
The king/queen will come from any of the darood clan. other clans have no right to it and any that tries to claim it forcefully will be punished by all according to some harsh laws that will enacted.
