Ceel Baraf was always a Degmo. Who told you other-wise?

No one, actually I never heard of Ceel baraf before but I always thought that degmos had a population of 5000+

Anyway who`s behind this?

No one, actually I never heard of Ceel baraf before but I always thought that degmos had a population of 5000+

Well, there is Ceel Baraf town and then the other smaller tuulos around it. Ceel Baraf District is easily way past 5000. Ceel Baraf town itself is at least 5000.

The money was raised by the locals and the business community. I think there was also some funding by an NGO, not sure though.
