10 K tops and probably biggest factor for this price is the ground it sits on.

I like the idea, but the actual construction and finishing of the design has been poorly executed. If I look at the walls and positioning of the lines and windows, this house would have to be demolished anywhere else in the world.

The guy/woman who paid the contractor for this is probably a moron.

The color is messed up and the construction work is a bit weak as Cinque pointed out.

Other then that the house is alright I guess, I`d pay a lot of money if they fixed the few errors.

10k are you kiddin' me? There's not a place left in the city where you can get property for such a low price. My father bought 10 plots of land in Hargeisa with the house for like 70K and the same size in Burco at 65k.

Ten thousand would have been acceptable 6 or 7 years ago.
