all they seem to be doing is signing contracts 
where is the oil? why isn't this companies investing in puntland's oil exploration as they should. personally i think the whole proccess is going rather slowly. puntland as a state has a lot of problem that we can over come with the money that the oil will be bring.
we can hire more troops to fight piracy both somalis and international. we can properly secure our regions so that alshabab will not come and leave and bomb our people as they please. i think faroole's government is failing like Cadde muse's. he lacks vision and leadership 
puntland seems to be going backward rather than forward.

I'm 110% against this oil exploration.
The sand and the ground will be destroyed. Oil is a natural healling ingredient for the ground and if it digged out and used, the ground will become pitch black and all kinds of disease will be born...
STOP OIL DRILLING IN SOMALIA....STOP OIL EXPLORATIONS NOW !!!!
