Hizbul Islam insurgents attacked TFG and AMISOM forces in Hodan, Howlwadag and parts of Maka Al Mukarama road in response to Ugandan forces entering Hodan, 2 people were killed and 5 were injured during these clashes, the dead were all civilian.

The fighting continued until 23 November and ended with Ugandan (AMISOM) forces retreating from the Digfer Hospital, which they had occupied that same day. Hizbul Islam commander Mohammed Osman Arus claimed victory for the fighting which left 11 dead and 18 injured.

xisbul-islam needs to stop this shrade and hand over their weapons..by them standing on their own is only confusing the situation.
