I am always intrigued when I see religions that collect a lot of money from worshippers and the clergy use it to fund their operations and pay themselves.

Seriously, some religions mandate you give 10%-25% of your income to them.

The Catholic Church is perhaps the richest organized religion in the world.

Yep, I am misunderstood. Just because I like my wadaads to be limited to Dugsi, Masjid, and the occasional tacsi, nikaax, siyaaro doesn't make me a bad person.

I am scouring the IRS code for being a religious institution and the great tax perks for clergy

I think its about time I started exploring attending an Islamic religious seminary to reap rewards both in this world and the hereafter

Islam, considering Saudi Arabia and the gulf countries. They build hundreds if not thousands of mosques all over the world every year.

Most European muslim diaspora Mosques get financial aid from Saudis as well.

Also the Mecca pilgrimage is a multi billion dollar business..
