I need info about a north Togdheer town

Several leaders including cabinet minister of interior was attending recently a inauguration of Qoyta village.
Some explosives were left near Dubur village on a bridge.

Now you may be quick to claim Al Shabab was behind this, but I find it not very likely.
What's more interesting is if this is some sort of landgrabbing or expanding by Habar Awal going on in north togdheer.

Why is such high profiled ministers attending the inauguration of a tuulo named Qoyta?
This tuulo must be pretty new and it's something fishy going on here....

What does eastern or western crew of Togdheer know about this?

Digadahab.. sxb Qoyta is not North Of Togdheer region, its in North-Westen Togdheer, Qoyta is a tiny little village wich doesnt deserve to be a District, wallahi if you knew how Qoyta looks like, it only has 3 proper buildings, and and there is no Cariishes (huts) an its located along the road towards Sheikh, Galooley, Qoyta and there is 2 more villages along the road i cant remember the names, its a Ciise Muse Area.....

Now that we have identified the tuulo as a proper Habar Awal domain.

We have to investigate how and why someone had put IED alongside the road.
I think I already know the purpose of this inaugeration, the town is supposed to become a patrol station.

But the strategy is not clear to me, yes its alongside the road between Sheekh and Burco.
However both Habar Jeclo and Yonis are straddling far deeper beyond Sheekh towards the eastern coast close to Siyara for HJ
And Habar Yoonis lives clanwise below the mountains, both habars are also principal inhabitants of berbera.

So is this some sort of Orwellian Habar manisfesto of watching Burco?, is it a landgrab perhaps incorporating Sheekh districts into Saaxil?

I don't know but I ask myself how come the " government " works so eagerly in habar awal areas.
trust me alot of work is being done, not just in our areas.

There is alot of things i can not mention on here, but let me just say this WE are the Losers in this Game! i dont know if you ever have been to Burco, but along the road from Berbera to Sheikh alot of small factories are being built, some of them are producing Paint, Cement, and some of even Look for Diamonds in the Mountains, and the all contracts were given to 1 Clan! no one else can get a contract to build anything in those areas!

Habar-Jeclo specially Reer Yoonis tried to start exporting livestock true Siyaara Port in Easten Berbera, but the police and goverment got invloved straight away. Couple of HJ Business men from Northen America TRied to build the Cement factory along with Indho-Deero but was refused, Another Guy from London wanted to open a Radion Station in Burco, but wasn't allowed again!

I thought HJ was part of the " good company " you know as reward for taking side of HA manifesto.
It's really strange wallahi .... I always knew there is something fussy about that cement factory.

Horta can you ask me how it's possible for Indha Dheero to make profit in a currency ( SL shilling ) there is virtually no international demand for it, as far as I know he is supposed to take profit in SL when the commodities reaches berbera.
But how does he pay his distrubutors in overseas, surely they can't accept sl shilling as payment for cement in china

And I doubt its possible to change those amounts of shilling accumulated into dollars that easy.

we cut habar awal in middle of waqooyie galbeed, and ciise musse seems very eager to buy ciidagale land north east of hargeisa....
but it prooved to hard, ciidagale can have very short temper and don't sell even small plots to outsiders.
it's very rare if it happens at all.

I can understand you need a contract to dig for minerals, but why on earth do you need contract for conventional factories such as paint, etc
