Name Some actor that totally caught u by surprise, like u didnt expect something that good from him/her. I think for me it's Christoph Waltz aka the Jew-Hunter in Inglorious-Basterd, The guy was beyond good walle, out-shined everyone in that Movie including Brat Pit.

Haven't really watched much Hollywood this year but that guy was legit.
As for Depp, Public Enemies was the worst movie I've seen in the past 4-5 years.

Johnny Depp's portrayal of John Dillinger was excellent. Jennifer Aniston's butt was firm in the "Management" Two thumbs up.
