Koohi, is this a politcal meeting? i think the Cidagale are trying to include sub clans of samaroon into UCID to gain more ground in awdal since UDUB are losing there much since the recent ceelbardle incident and the recent selling of a jazira in saylac by riyaale further fuelled their anger with riyaale.

this is not just a political meeting i think since Ciidagale are weak in Somaliland they are trying to make alliance. in 2005 elections Reer Nuur were divided politically between the UDUB, UCID and small number supports Kulmiye. today Reer Nuur are one after all Isxaaq except Garxajis are against them in Ceelbardaale issue and who knows maybe they'll join UCID in upcoming election. one thing alse there is Ciidagale sub clan who originally belong to Reer Nuur so there relationships are cool.

I didn't know any relations between Gadabursi-Reer Nuur & Ciidagale, Koohi my prediction is it's because reer nuur are not happy with riyaale and his UDUB party i predict they will join UCID in huge numbers.

Reer Nuur abti uma aha ciidagale mana dhici karto Reer Nuur count 6 from samaroon - around 500 years ago while ciidagale are main branch of isxaaq maybe 700 years ago. so it is quite impossible for reer nuur being ciidagale abti

Garxajis is a nickname for Ismaaciil Bin Isxaaq , there isn't such thing as Habar Garxajis really since that name is not from the maternal side but the fatherside so i never understood why it was called Habar Garxajis, Habar Yoonis and Cidagale don't even had the same mothers, the mother of Habar Yoonis(Sicid Cismaaciil was - Aba Yoonis Geri Koombe, and Ciidagale's(daud Ismaacil) reer abti was Arap from what i heard, the only thing they have in common is both hal nin ba dhalay, although i have seen Richard Burton's books he refers to Habar Yoonis as Habar Garxajis.


but i am assuming it can be used both Maternal and Paternal since Habar Awal.
