The American Army doesn't arrest sexual criminals but if Sangub was to go to Kismayo and produce a concert for Al shabab, then he would be turned over to the Americans.

Ilaahey ba og laakin I believe sangub is guilty the guy couldn't stay in the states, he couldn't go to Uk or europe, he couldn't go to SL, he couldn't go to PL, he couldn't go to somalia, he couldn't go to ogadenia so out of all those places, including his home town, he was only allowed by djibouti to stay there. Also it doesn't matter if she was young or not I believe it was rape, as for the others if they are guilty they can run away in this duniya but not from the aakhira.
