Anyone Here taken Ritalin Before...?
I heard it helps some people stay focused on their studying...It might come useful to me come March-April time and this would be a good time to experiment and see if it works.

Re: Anyone Here taken Ritalin Before...?
Ritalin is overrated. I used to do it, it will catch up on you after a while.
But if you're still willing to do it, you have to take one every 3/4 hours. After the 3rd ritalin intake, the exhaustion becomes too strong for ritalin to eliminate and then you'll have to stop.
As you can see it's more for emergency crisis mode when a student hasn't cracked a book for 6 weeks and only has a few days to catch up. I advise you not to do it and just do everything on schedule with koob shaah.

It's never good to fall behind but it happens.
I learned my lesson and study four hours a day now. Staying ahead makes school fun and relaxing.

Ritalin increase your heart rate and blood pressure., so try something natural and organic .....like Garaabo which makes you stay focused but also garaabo stimulates your brainsgedo_gurl wrote:I heard it helps some people stay focused on their studying...It might come useful to me come March-April time and this would be a good time to experiment and see if it works.

Unfortunately Yes. And its not the actual medication..but Jaad or Qaad..same effect.
They are both made of a substance called Amphetamine which increases one's concentration..but the side effects may overweigh its benefits..especially if you are planning to use it regularly.
In conc. dont use it ..and iff you have to..not more than few days or a week max.

If you have procrastination issues and not legit ADD/ADHD it won't help at all, it will only make it worse. Adderall works much better for regular people.
