Media Leader CNN

Post by Somalian_Boqor »

Media Leader CNN, not only in America but Worldwide.

They devoted all to Haiti coverage wise and the rest are forced to follow suit. I remember the first day of the Earth Quake CNN was the only Media that was on top of it's fully while the other just reported the news and went on.

I don't think they are, but it is sad that a global network can be so highly regarded when their actual reporting seems to have a great deal of bias, while another portion of their broadcast is dedicated to pop-culture drivel that is better served on E!.

It's worse than MSNBC, they just chose to run with the whole antithesis of Fox shtick after the conservative backlash which ruined a once great network (Fox's Special Report is still amazing, but every other facet of it's broadcast seems to have deteriorated), so they can be easily disregarded but CNN wants you to believe it is unbiased when in reality it like any other liberal entity is interested in feeding you lies under the guise of objectivity. Granted, it is less biased than MSNBC but that bias is still present and also harder to ignore.

Fox is the least biased (contrary to general sentiment) according to last years CMPA study, but even then it is not without bias, just less than the other networks and even though they have the moral high-ground they still do not pretend to espouse honesty outside of tame slogans like 'fair and balanced'' when they could easily run with 'objective' and still be 100% correct.
