Converting school children

I was looking up 'f-king street' to see if it was real when I encountered an article by a woman who was born there...
Am I really naive or is this the saddest thing ever?
As I'm reading it, I realise the poor girl was converted by these Danish shaydaamoI did not tell her I was born on f-king Street, where the prostitutes lived.
These people are pure evil, a little girl in a Muslim country complains about dugsi so she tells her to renounce her faithAnnemie said that the problem at school was that the teachers did not have God in their hearts. She told me that if I came to the Lord I would become part of this God-loving family. She made a painting of paradise in words for me, a little like those Jehovah’s Witness magazine covers where lions play with gazelles at
suppertime while Israeli and Palestinian children play hide-and-seek in the Garden of Eden. “Are you ready to give your life to the Lord?” she asked. I felt
sad and confused, but I wanted to make her happy. “Yes,” I said. She told me to repeat some words after her, and so I
renounced Islam and the prophet Muhammad and all the Devil’s works. As I said this out loud I thought to myself, “I’m going to Hell I’m going to Hell
I’m going to Hell.” She gave me a fierce hug and there were tears in her eyes and I realized I had just done something more serious than saying yes.
Am I really naive or is this the saddest thing ever?
