we only now have 82 seats in the parliament

That is not bad, in Kenya, their MPs earn about 10,000 UK sterling a month excluding other benefits

Uduruxmiin, is Maxamed Abokor? and Michael Mariano, is he alive or dead?

What about the Dhulbahantee guy who won the Caynabo seat? , that means, he was either liked by many people in that area including HJs or at that time, they were many Dhullos there than HJs?

And the other thing is: in modern Somaliland, do use constituency by name (i.e. Mandera or Berbera Port)? or just a list for a whole region (i.e. Togdheer)? how does it work?

Seems fair

every body knows Ciidagale is larger then Arap+Ayoub+Ciise Muuse

yet each and everyone gets 7, 5 , 3 seats

something is fishy about this
