When you are a refugee and are granted refuge, it's imperative that you behave and respect your hosts. The fueling of the SOmali fire takes place in either Kenya or Ethiopia, if every culprit is either confined inside Somalia or sent to jail in neighbring countries, they would've genuinely worked for peaceful Somalia. But now, everytime the kitchen gets too hot for their liking, they have a fall back and they ran to one of these two countries.
