not given by merit but by looks?

You go for interview, you think you did well, after you leave, you forgot to ask the usual end of interview question "If I don't hear from u, can I call you?" but before you get into the office, you hear your interviewers discussing you. One of them says "Daamnn girl, he is six feet plus...........................did u see those shoulders?" the other one answers "I would hire him anyday.........with or without interview.......he is soooo fine"

You didn't go back. Then after two days, you get a call from one of the ladies who tells u that u are hired.
