Good Sulaika, There is a Somali saying which goes like this:

"Wax isla qab waa aad"

This song did get out of my mind since I first heard it which was the biginning of the American Idol in this season Xitaa odeygii yaraa ee miskiinka ahaa ayaa ka bixi la qalbigeyga..

The reason they allowed a 62 yr old dude on the show and save the last spot for him is because in Atlanta he is a well known civil rights activist and a student Martin Luther King jr. They knew he just wanted to get a msg across
