It's pretty odd that we have the days of the week in arabic, the months of the year in italian and the seasons of the year in somali.
Btw correct me if I'm wrong in any of these lists

Days of the week:
Monday - isniin
Tuesday - salaasad
Wednesday - arbaca
Thursday - khamiis
Friday - jimco
Saturday - sabti
Sunday - axad

Seasons of the year:
Jan to Mar - Jilaal
Apr to Jun - Gu
Jul to Sep - Xagaa
Oct to Dec - Deyr

Months of the year:
January - jenaayo
February - feberaayo
March - maarso
April - eybril
May - mey
June - juun
July - luulyo
August - oogosto
September - sibtembar
October - oktoobar
November - noofembar
December - diisambar

ps; is nice female name. it's after raabi3a al 3adawiya.
she was the 4th girl in the famliy and her father named her raabi3a. min qilat asaami.

Lol,axado and isniino do exist but they are very old names.I dont think anyone would name their daughters that name anymore.Malyuun,maymuum,shazia are very common.

Cumar, that is funny. Arabic, Italian and Somali. Btw, I didn't even know we had seasons in Af-Somali. And I always mix-up my days of the week, minus Axad-Sabti-Arabaco-Jumah. The other three confuse me.

Shazia Shazia? Never came across any Somali with that name, let alone a xaayow. But yes, they love Malyuun, Malaika, Istar, Cajabo, Barlin...waxa aa loo jeedin uun. But I have to admit, Malyuun and Malaika sound nice.

My sons will be called; Luqman, Faris, Roble

Daughters; I keep changing this one.
