Should Abudwaaq, Hiiraan, jowhar join Galmudug State?

We could be a larger, stronger peaceful state in central Somalia. Far greater than somaliland iyo Puntland put together.

I agree. Hiiraan seems like a lost state. They have no security at all. Ethiopians capture it one day , Al-Shabab next, Hisbal Islam next and so on. Under the strong and powerful leadership of Galmudug State, no one would are to touch Hiiraan
