Has the indentity crisis ended?

Post by Voltage »

I remember couple years ago in this forum and other forums the question "Are we arab or african" used to be common but not anymore. It seems we have all accepted we are an ancient Black African people. :D

voltage the only person here with an identity crisis is you.
with your lack of self esteem and you frequent rants about the so called camel shagging somali race and your longing for somalia's colonisation.

Peace sxb shalaa baadiye lagaa keenay and you already started questioning your deen. Between you and I, it's probably not me with the identity crisis. Somali culture is retrograde and needs evolution. This is a scientific observation not a rant.

Baas, low blow man. I continue to and will continue to stick to my observations of the Somali people. The more interaction people have had with that baadiye culture the more they dislike my views on it.

Two summers in Africa have managed to reorient everything I used to think about Somalis and Black Africans.

I despise retrograde Somalis because of it but have come to love, appreciate, and wish good will for the Black Africans in general.

I think you should go to Somalia, and observe Somalis there. Instead of going to bantu countries it will make u understand Somalis more., go and interact with these people and come back and tell us what you think. You did all your observation on snet. And what The Somalis write in here bal sided bantuga u so da dawatay , bal somalida so yara fiirso.

Somali culture is Somali culture. There is nothing for me to see in Somalia that I couldn't see in Kenya or anyother place Somalis live. Is there any material infrastructure that is going to change my mind in Somalia? Hell no. The importance is my interaction with the culture and the Bantu culture whether in Kenya or Zambia is a great culture that keeps their countries functioning. Somali culture is old retrograde nomadic culture shaped by and expected to work in a stateless desert society. It is not capable of civilization and modern states.

actual im proud of my reer badiye culture, its fine poetry, its customs and its hospitality and the more i interact the more i love. but i know that is not your kind ogf thing. i know you have a taste for the fine cultures such as that of the Zulus and their naked warriors dance. you would also rather drink blood with the cultured masai people

I agree bro. Our culture is the root cause of our problems. In our culture, we will defend injustice when committed by family members and relatives even when the end result will affect negatively everyone in the community. As for this guy peace, gaal aqli haka sugin waayo their creator ayay ku caasiyeen.
