Kilinka shanaad has many tribes so why name it after beesha Ogaden alone?

There are some areas in Kilinka shanaad that have no Ogadenis at all like Shinile province which is inhabited by Afar, Samaroon, Issa and no daroods. Other places like awbarre province wich is 100% Samaroon, Dire Dhaba which is Issa, Oromo and Gurgure. There are some areas in Hawd which is only Garxajis and some where you find dhullos.

So why name it after one tribe?

Because the Jabertis have to qabilize everything
