No, it isn't on my pathetic love life (or lackthereof) or my pathetic and boring cyber life...this is some real life problem lol hihihi

The thing is I have a sleeping disorder and of course, like usually, I haven't been skimping on my Zzzs...in fact I try my best to fall asleep early as possible, but I NEVER do. I don't know what to do. Of course, I would visit a doctor but there is only one minor problem...hmmm lets see...I DON'T have medical insurance :cry:


Help a sista out losers :mrgreen:

take 1 benadryl 1 hr before going to sleep. it works like a charm :up:

OliveOil,

You won't be addicted.

For natural ways to go to sleep earlier:

1. No caffeine 6 hours before bedtime/

2. Exercise a couple hours before bed time.

3. No phonecalls or TV prior to bed time.

Its quick simple, just close your eyes and relax......

Never take your problems to bed or think about fixing them when you rest your head on the pillow...just clear your and let you mind take you to the magical world of dreams

That would make her drowsy, bad idea, take ativan instead, that should do the trick. :up:

Don't take Ativan or any anxiety associated drug, Do things naturally no cafeine after 3 It's all about your diet you need to start eating heality, and start exercising. Thats what your body and mind is desiring. that will cure you from your insomnia.

I guess I am gonna stick to working out but thnx everyone for ur advice.

Oh and yes I tend to think about my daily problems when I am on the bed...I know its a bad habit...I should stop that as well!

I had this problem like a year ago where i just couldn't sleep for hours laying on my bed, but alhamdulilah i went on a journey for 4months and that helped me a lot, Now i can sleep within 15-30mins :up:

I would say work your mind and body together to relieve stress, do some puzzles or crosswords or something fun that you have to think about :up:

oh i remember one good tip: eat garlic with ur dinner, it helps alot :D
