Why is Puntland blocking WFP Trucks??

WFP ship delivered food in Berbera port and trucks pick-up to deliver it to central Somalia, but Puntland is blocking it, because it come through Berbera instead of Bosaso, and they holding foood intended for the poor people. Somali politics at it's worst, politicizing food for the poor.
Just because they didn't get the contract, they holding 150 trucks with food, it's obvious Berbera port is safer for the WFP, because of the pirates, and other killings going on in Puntland.

Bullshidh, why would Puntland piss of the United Nations? when they are cashing in on the IDPs?
