I think in order for Dhulos to return and ascend to thier former prestigous status of being a regional powerhouse is to pool in all the financial and infrastructure resources of the Dhulos.Building up major cities such as Buhoodle, Lascanood,Taleex and Boocame would be a good strategy to ward off expanionist states such as puntland or Sland
