But b4 the waiter comes back, you go to men's room, reliev yourself and when you are washing your hands, the chef comes in, releieves himself at the urinery and b4 you know it, he is out without washing his hands and back in the kitchen (probably mixing yr salad with his hands) handling yr food. You come back to yr seat............................

You know they say, what you don't know won't hurt you. If you didn't know that he didn't wash up before making your food, you wouldn't be as disturbed.

Dude, I'm very nice but I can be a real bitch... Especially when it comes to MY food that I'm paying for(or my date... it's still outta someone's pocket). I'd request to talk to the manager and let him know of the situation. I would also request not to have my food prepared by him unless he washes his hands.

Like you said, it's a fancy restaurant which means it's pricy. How do you expect me to pay a lot of money to eat my fliet mignon and salad with germs on the side?
