Problem is every political discussion about Somalia has tribal component. It's like talking about American politics while trying to avoid Dem and Rep parties. WHen you have clan based entities prominent in the political discourse (SNM--all Isaaq, SSDF--all MJ, etc) how do you separate politics from tribal discussion unless what you are saying is drop all political discussions?
