I never heard him ever directly call Alshabab khawarij. Even Sheikh Umal has never called them khawarij. The only thing they said is that people who make permissible muslim blood are khawarij. Whether or not Alshabab is doing that and makes them khawarij, is, of course, another debate and we should do it according to the shariah, not of political emotions or tribal hatred, which you are clearly doing, Galia.
