im not 40 or near that age, but what do you mean "farta futada la galinayo" ?? this sounds disturbing, is it a must ?

Dee waa far futada lagaa galinayo...it's one of the most common ways to check for abnormalities because it does not require suuxitaan, i.e. it's cheap.
