What is the connection between Abdirahman Ciiro iyo Faisal?

Why is the Chairman of Golaha Wakiilada Abdirahman Cirro touring with UCID? he is even going with them in their upcoming big visit to Erigavo, bear in mind they also know each other from finland they are both finnish citizens, so could this connection be just only friendship?

Well abiraxmaan ciro and faisal cali xussein are both members of the Ucid party , so that’s why they are touring together
