Seems like alot of Somalis this days go to Malysia or India to study in Unis.

The reason for India is they IT is too advanced and have very excellent tutors
While as for Malaysia its everything from Business to Medicine whats your say?

I also fogot they are very cheap and reasonable

I say No and if your going make sure the Uni is Accredited by the US or else if you plan to come back to the US and work here, its useless.

China is also cheap, $5,000 for medical school for the entire year.

Come to the UAE, all the best American and European professors work here (because they get paid more)

I want to get my PHD in psychology/psycho therapy-where can i find cheap third world country edu??Wait......no place better than West in my line of field. Third world countries dont believe in psychology or psycho therapy!

At one Point Yes and they werent brought here because they were somehow better, but rather they were cheap to employ with a much less salary and a 3 Year Visa. Most of them were laid off and send back during the whole IT Bust in Northern California. You go to a place where you get the most for your money but just make sure your not coming back to the US. I have seen a Somali with a medical degree from India and even was a practicing doctor and yet they send back to school here for 3 years and in the Arab world there is only Accredited Arab university and its called Malik Faisal in Saudi. Trust me i truly researched this shit because i was an exchange student last semester in New Zealand.

You are right. Lots of my relatives from Bardhere and Beled Xawo go to school either in Kenya or Pakistan(Karachi).

Actually, Somalis nowadays go to Medicine schools in the Caribbeans, (Guess Christopher Kolombo was right about it being new India after all ) all the time because its Cheaper.
