three state solutions...it goes like this each state is entitled to its local afairs
but when it comes foreign afairs they put united front and no one can agree something that is not the interest of the other state
each three years the head of one state will be the president of greater somalia and the capital will moved to that state's capital
which means in 9 yrs we have mogadishu,hargeysa and garowe as a capital.fedaralism is the way in somalia ...
from outside we will be the republic of greater somalia and looking from inside we are three fedaral states which have united political interest.

Why three states ? Hawiye as a whole needs to get 3 states: Galmudugistan (South Mudug & Galgaduud), Hiiraan, Shabelleland (includes Hawiye Jubboyinka). These three states alone have more population than the other two states.
