I find it funny that a nation's army fights scores of insurgents with airstrikes, warplanes, gunships, drones, etc. This has been the case with America and its coalition of the coerced and bribed against Iraqi/Afghani/Somali insurgents. This has also been the case with Saudi Arabia and Yemen's armies against scores of Houthi and Al-Qaeda insurgents. Is this how a superpower or a nation's army is supposed to fight scores of insurgents?

More air strikes are needed against the likes of Taliban and of course Al-Shabaab. One drone per 100 insurgents.

There many Western reports/studies that show, for each insurgent killed, at least 50 civilians perish. This causes relatives of the civilian casualties to join the insurgency. In short, those airstrikes and drones recruit more insurgents.
