Arabic vs. English: Which is easier to...?
This is for both those who have learned Arabic before learning English, and vice versa. In terms of learning the grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, speech recognition (including TV, radio); which language is easier?

Swahili is the easiest language

English was kind of easy, the best thing about it is that they don't have genders so you don't have to waste time on learning genders.
Arabic has crazy plurals and difficult grammar compared to English

I learned both languages simultaneously, English by far is much easier than Arabic. I hated so much the Arabic grammer and no matter how hard i studied it for some reason I used to get terrible marks as for the English, I used to remember a trick my 3rd grade English teacher taught me, read the sentence to yourself, if it irrates your ear, something is wrong with it, and quite frankly it worked most of the time!

Re: Arabic vs. English: Which is easier to...?
As for me, I have learned English (a decade) before learning Arabic. Learning Arabic was a lot easier for me. My speech recognition and comprehension for Arabic is 100%, whereas it's significantly less with English, especially in particular situations. For vocabulary, I remember most Arabic vocabulary, whereas I have to sometimes consult a dictionary for the English vocabulary.

so you can say 'her name is Steve'

Im talking about grammatical genders, in English every noun is simply just ''THE'' - whoever invented that was a genius
This makes language learning go 75% faster - that's why English is so international

But yeah I am pretty sure if you go to a french speaking country, in 6 months, your oral french should be as good as your written one.
Anyways, bro...maalin wanagsaan, salaam
