Actually, Hiiraale is the most confusing and fascinating of Somalia's warlords/politicians whatever you want to call them. He doesn't want simple bililiqo like Indhocadde, he doesn't want to build a state, and he doesn't want power in Mogadishu. Yet somehow despite his directionless mission he has a lot of supporters. He reminds of Maxamed Dheere the Benadir warlord, that guy also pretend to build a maamul and gets some public sympathy but clearly has no goals for his region.
