Salaam all,

Have any of you sistas taken any self defence classes or considered taking them?

Yeah I signed up for martial arts classes, so far I have learnt that to learn anything you have to attend the classes so when I do I will let you know more.

Lol, please do Miss Velvet. I'm goin' to join a class too. Just tryin' to find a good one in my area, and work out a timetable. Do you have a personal trainer?

One to one? I wouldn't go there unless it was a she. How do you defend yourself from your self defence trainer?

Theres a few places.
You can punch their adams apple
You can use ur elbow on the lower part of their back
Make a fist with your thumb on the outside...and punch the kidneys
p.s. Only use these when you REALLY REALLY REALLY wanna put them in pain.
