Caano baraawe is probably one of the easier ones to make:

Reduce milk by cooking it for a long time, probably medium setting, add sugar, some cardamom & cinammon.

Let it simmer down 'till it changes color & texture. You want it to turn creamish-brown & have the texture of grits.

Scoup it up with a spoon, make it in to small ball sizes and set it down on a non-stick surface. Let it cool for a few mins.

Most people prefer using spoilt milk, but fresh milk is just as good. Kheer is kinda similar to it.
