Naliaa has a good point...yoga is more relaxing for body and mind than a bath.

What do you do when you get out of the bath...you stretch.
Imagine stretching ever muscle of your body until you are so relaxed you can just fall asleep.

Yoga is very relaxing indeed, bubble bath too.
