Yes that could be true the smaller the clan is the purer their lineage might be , and dawa at 2 your list if a clan lives far from eachother i mean if they live on the land seize isku xidhan its hardly they will mix or adopt new clans.

Midgaan and others have all the incentives to claim large clans and could get away with it more easily but who would claim Leelkase or Warsangeli? There are no benefits from it and you could get caught more easily. Thus making Leelkase and Warsangeli the truest Darods.
