Are these Somalis or Ugandan masqueraded as Somalis so they can actually become the Somali "army" under Shariif?

The front ones are Somalis, the second line are others, unless they are Bantus. but we dont have to worry about that because Sharif will not advance more than the 2 KM he is incapable of running

Gacan non look Somali to me. Somalis can be very dark but still have a look. Only second from left looks Somali, rest are straight up Ugandan.

That website probably made a mistake and used photos of the UPDF soldiers. I see there are Americans (Perhaps AFRICOM) in the ceremony. They usually train UPDF soldiers. Either way, salute to TFG soldiers and UPDF

These guys are not even Somali, how are they going to Police? I dont think there been passed of as Somali, there's no need for that, whats stopping Shariif from taking them legitimately to Somalia? Uganda is loving the Somali conflict, i tell you..there having a huge Pay-day.
There UPDF soldiers
A total of 627 Somali and 120 UPDF soldiers were on Tuesday passed out at Bihanga training school in Ibanda district.

It's a mix of 630 somali and 100 or so of ugandese according to uganda newspaper (whose article was posted on hiiraan.com)

So what are Ugandans doing amidst a "Somali" regiment headed for Somalia. Does Somalia and Uganda have an integrated armed forces now?

Only way to get Soldiers Loyal to the government
I am sure they will do a good job if like shabaab they are allowed to take somali brides.
Incentive for wanting to die on somali soil.
