It's when they are trying take out jinn from people, with singing and drums. smh
There was one in seattle sunday, they do it once or twice a month, they make a lot of food with fresh meat, helwa, bariis iyo basto. And older ladies dance while they hire drummers, there are some young girls that actually do it too.

It is a spiritual ceremony, and by dancing around they are appeasing the spirit and coaxing it to depart from the human peacefully.
