This is very good news! You gotta love professor Gaandhi because he has been instrumental on this deal. With help of Kenya, Absame doesn't even need the Dalxiis guy for any support but for the sake of the Somali name, they went along.

This has been in the works for months but I think the Ethiopian intervention in trying to undermine any Absame efforts postponed the process a bit longer.
