Quite interesting. What interest does Japan have in Africa? Is Japan working with Africom to stop the ever increasing presence of China in Africa. I don't see any strategic point of Japan having a base in Africa,

japan is not allowed to have military bases in different countries...i dont buy this
espcially from some 3rd world aussie news paper

Japan is after the wealth of the Red Sea and also Indian Ocean...Who wouldn't? They didn't exhaust the wealth yet..
